The group will participate in brain excercises as we learn how to keep ourselves mentally fit.
- StoryCorps is an independent nonprofit project that seeks to honor and celebrate lives through listening. By recording the stories of our lives with the people we care about, we experience our history, hopes, and humanity. Each conversation is recorded on a free CD to take home and share, and is archived at the Library of Congress. StoryCorps is the largest oral history project of its kind, creating a growing portrait of who we really are as Americans. Through a generous grant, this voice reccording is made available at no cost to person or families with memory loss of any kind. Make your appointment by calling Anne Packett at 919-215-2407. All appointments will be held at Wake Forest Baptist Church between March 24th and March 29th.
