Worship Reentry Information & Reservation

Worship begins on campus in the Fellowship Hall on June 28.  While we are glad to be able to gather together again, we do so with an abundance of care.  During this initial phase of reopening, we ask each person to read the guidelines below and decide if you will join us online for worship or in person in the Fellowship Hall..

Important Information:

Worship Services:  Three services are available – Sundays at 9:30am & 6:30pm and Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Capacity:  Total capacity at each service will be 75

Masks:  All participants are asked to wear a mask.  If you don’t have one, one will be provided for you.

Hand Sanitizing:  All participants will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the building.

Worship Care for Babies & Preschoolers:  We will not be offering childcare during this initial opening.  It will resume when we have adapted our current policies to comply with CDC guidelines for gathering of children and we have enough volunteers to provide supervision.

Added Safety Precautions:

  1. We will ask that you refrain from handshakes and hugs so as to maintain safe social distancing.  We also ask that you ask your children to do the same.
  2. Tithes and offerings will be collected in drop boxes located in the back of the Fellowship Hall.
  3. Entry to the Fellowship Hall will only be through the doors at the lobby entrance.  Exit will be through the side doors.
  4. We ask that you sit together as a family unit.
  5. The Fellowship Hall will be cleaned and sanitized after each service.

Older Adults and Those with Health Issues:

Based on currently available information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.  With this information, we believe you should take every precaution which means joining us for worship online rather than in person.

***We ask that you reserve your seat prior to the worship service.  Before making your reservation, please answer the following questions.  If you respond YES to ANY of the questions below, please join us for online worship this week and do not sign up for a worship service seat.
